A child suffering…?

I’m 13 years old and my parents smoke. I will often times tell them to stop smoking when I’m around them. They don’t listen, so I’m stuck in my room all day trying to keep away from them. So now I have been saying rude things to them like, "This house freaking smells, Mom." "I hate being in the living room." "I hate this house." "Are you trying to kill yourself?" "Are you trying to kill me too?"
And I’m trying to sound mean on purpose so they will stop, but they refuse. I’m having asthma attacks and I through up from coughing so hard, they tell me that I can’t open any windows. They bought me a cheap- poor quality air "purifier" that doesn’t work, and I’m getting yelled at by everybody at school because I smell like cigarette smoke. I’m the poor loser with no social life because of that.
What are some ways that can help me go through with this?

your not alone i also have asthma and my parents smoke too i know how frustrating it is i hate it when the smoke in the car because they used to open a window and it would fly back in your face then you would get cold and when they finally close the window they turn the heater on and my nose gets dry and sometime i suffer nose bleeds from this anyway

what i did was i would baracade my self in the room (i know not healthy) make sure that everyday it smelt nice ( i even resulted into everyday having a shower because it was bad) i would open my window to let freash air flow through the house and i put my washing on the radiator in my room or on the pole if it was nice out this was so they didnt smell and when i went out i made sure i left a window in my room open so air could flow through but not alot so my parents didnt notice (cause they would always shut it) it came to a point were i was in an argument with my mum (as you do at times)and she turned round and said you never spend time with them anymore so i turned round and told them "well if you didnt smoke all the time maybe i would spend more time" then if they didnt get it like my parents didnt just explain to them why thats what i did and they cut down quite a bit we even came up with a saloution of having a little room for them just to smoke and that seems to do good

    Hi :)

This is .. bad I know .. first you need to relax to know how to deal with them ..
    they are your parent anyway.

May be you can tell your ancle or any one from your relatives who can affect in your parents…
May be you need to tell them about that and resolve the problem by discusion more than once .. in a good opportunity..

remember that some people have bigger problems that has not any solution .. but they are trying to survive normally..
    Try and test :)

this is the best advice i can give you from my experiance hope it work.
if you follow this advice what i did was go round with the carpet thing to make floor smell nice and vac it every two days(think it was somthing like Neutradol Carpet Deodorizer ) this was easyier than every 6 hours going round with air fresner and KEEP WINDOW OPEN if your get into this routine it should help even if they dont listen to you
