How do I make my bedroom less stuffy?

I just moved into an apartment and my bedroom is in the middle of the place. There are ZERO windows in my room, must be a converted office. But it gets really stuffy in there even with the door open. And if I close the door, which I prefer, forget about it. I have a fan that blows directed at my bed, but it doesn’t circulate the air enough. I don’t know much about air purifiers/humidifiers/dehumidifiers and would have know idea what to get. Help me clear the air in my room!
Instead of having the fan blow right at your bed, have it oscillate around the room or face it towards another wall – the air will bounce off the wall around the room. Air purifiers will just cleanse the dust, dirt and pollen out of your room while circulating purified air. A humidifier will put moisture back into the air – more for nighttime congestion than anything. Dehumidifiers are good for when your air is just too humid which doesn’t sound like the case. Either the purifier or a stand alone air cooler/conditioner – however it can run you a couple hundred dollars.

I do, I’m sure you people have seen the electronic air purifiers advertisements. Im not talking about the velcro, sponge material air filtering dust gathering cheap knock offs niether. I’m talking about electronic magnetic shifting polution air PURIFIERS. All the people need to do is pitch in and build a huge bunches of air PURIFIERS like the energy fans you see on those long drives threw the desert or mountains, you know some their some here & presto, ice is freezing again, the sun might not burn so much, trees will grow back, but the problem now is cleaning the oceans. Trash is from the dirt you came to the dirt you will go, but not water, chemicals are making the beaches green, fishes are evolving and adapting, humans are slow at that. What do we do to clean water? I got advice in the right direction, but I want your answer to help. I love clear blue water.
God has the solution and will provide it like always. Global warming is just part of the natural cycle, nothing more.
