does using an air purifier help with asthma and eczema,and where can i buy a cheap one?

it does clear the air around and make it fresher and easier to breathe so yes, it does help with asthma… i honestly dont know about eczema. he should probably use some skin creams to make it less dry and irritated. As for an air purifier helping, I dont know. I’ve looked for cheap ones for myself but not really sure how low you want to go.
